Made from high-quality cordierite, this set of two stones is fitted specifically for use in the Ooni Karu 16 and Karu 2 Pro Pizza Ovens. Since they were designed with excellent heat retention in mind, you’ll find these stones can maintain the high temperatures needed for truly exceptional pizza, then recover quickly so you can keep churning out more. Keep these stones on hand as replacements for when your existing baking board is in need of a refresh.

Hand-picked by Ooni’s Co-CEO Darina Garland, this vegan mozzarella is one of the best cheese substitutes we’ve ever found. Created by the incredibly cool team at I Am Nut Ok, Bluffalo Notzarella is made from soya milk and bursting with flavour.

Easy to slice or grate, Bluffalo Notzarella is low in moisture, so your pizzas won’t end up with soggy bases. It’s also a great addition to salads, pasta dishes and melts beautifully in an Ooni oven. Bluffalo Notzarella is suitable for home freezing, so you don’t have to worry about wastage. (If freezing, Bluffalo Notzarella should be cooked from frozen).

This product arrives frozen and must be stored in the freezer. Defrost only in the fridge.

Born in the southern Italian region of Puglia in the early 20th century, burrata’s delicate texture and creamy centre is decadent and delicious. You need this delightful cheese in your pizza ingredient repertoire.

Suggested Use: To use this frozen burrata on your pizza you have two options. Remove any residual ice, slice the frozen burrata and top your pizza before you cook it. Or defrost your burrata, and top your fully-cooked pizza.
